Abbey Warm-Up From Reddings Retreat, follow the Wye Valley Walk into Tintern village and past the Abbey car park to the Abbey entrance. Approx. 1.2 km | 18 minutes

East Riverside Ramble Cross the footbridge and turn right onto the north-bank trail. Enjoy the gentle riverside path past meadow banks. Approx. 1.5 km | 22 minutes

Abbey Eyewall Loop Bear left onto the hillside track that circles above the abbey ruins—look back for breathtaking archways framed by trees. Approx. 1.1 km | 16 minutes

Woodland Viewpoint Climb through Blackcliff Woods on a well-defined path to a grassy viewpoint overlooking the Abbey and Wye Valley. Approx. 1.4 km | 25 minutes
