  1. Snap a Photo • Show your dish or your kitchen setup in the hut or suite.

  2. Write Your Recipe • Title, prep method (microwave, slow cooker, no-cook), full ingredient list, steps. • Optional: Walk pairing and plant pairing.

  3. Share Your Story • A line or two about why this dish felt perfect at Reddings Retreat.

  4. Send It In or post on social media and tag us!.

  • Keep recipes hut- and suite-friendly (toaster, microwave, slow cooker, fridge).

  • Include emoji icons for prep method and pairing if you can.

  • Photos should be landscape or square, high-resolution, and well-lit.

  • By submitting, you grant Reddings Retreat permission to feature your content (with full credit).
