My name is Charlotte and I run Reddings Retreat, which is located on my father's working farm in Tintern in the lower Wye Valley an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. I've recently updated our website and wish to include a diverse range of high quality images of wildlife and birds at Reddings Retreat (Tintern, Monmouthshire, Wales). To help catalogue and promote the diversity of the wildlife living in and around Reddings Retreat Tintern, we run the following two wildlife opportunities (promotions) are available. Reddings Retreat guests receive a discounted nightly rate for their stay at one of our three accommodation options in exchange for participation in both or either of the following wildlife opportunities:
Our Wildlife at Reddings Retreat webpage lists some of the species spotted at Reddings Retreat and our recent guests have spotted red kites flying in the morning, kestrel hovering up in the sky and sitting on gate posts. A herd of wild deer with young fawns feeding in the fields and along the hedgerows at dusk. At dusk sighting of bats flying around and owls can be hooting at night. Multiple sightings of our 2 or maybe 3 Greater Spotted woodpeckers to our bird feeders opposite the private guest room, as they visit almost daily. Along with a wide variety of hedgerow, farmland and song birds So, rain or sunshine Reddings Retreat provides ample opportunities to see and photograph birds and other wildlife.
