๐ Chicken Tikka Masala
Prep: Slow cooker only Freezer-friendly: โ Walk pairing: Tintern to Devil’s Pulpit Plant pairing: Coriander, spinach
Ingredients:

500g chicken thighs
-
1 onion
-
2 garlic cloves
-
1 tbsp tikka masala paste

1 tin chopped tomatoes
-
100ml cream or coconut milk
Steps:

Add all ingredients (except cream) to slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4–6 hrs.

Stir in cream before serving.

Serve with microwave rice or naan.

Ingredients:

1 tin kidney beans

1 tin black beans

1 tin chopped tomatoes

1 onion, 2 peppers

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp tomato purée

2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika
Steps:

Add all ingredients to slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6 hrs.
